About me

What makes me a good sparring partner

I’m Tara Todorovic, an experienced (sport) psychologist and trainer from Berlin with a deep passion for thriving in performance – on the court, on stage, and in the workplace.

I know firsthand what it means to commit fully and try to do your best in the spotlight. Growing up, I spent 11 years training intensively as a classical pianist, preparing for a performance career – and learned to navigate my own mental highs and lows of chasing excellence.

At the end, I chose psychology as my career path, driven by a curiosity about what makes people thrive in work and in life. After obtaining my master’s degree in Berlin, Seville and Leipzig, I spent several years training and coaching people in corporate settings as a Learning & Talent Development specialist, helping them grow their mindset and skills to perform at their best.

To add on to my experience, I chose to complete the official advanced training in sport psychology (asp) to further deepen my work with athletes and sports teams. I’ve been working with elite and ambitioned amateur athletes from various sports – particularly volleyball, beach volleyball, football, badminton and table tennis – in 1:1 as well as team coachings.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on the volleyball or beach volleyball court – playing just for the joy of it, and for the reminder that our minds can be our greatest teammate – or our biggest blocker.

mindmess is about embracing and learning to navigate both.
