I’m Tara Todorovic, an experienced psychologist from Berlin with a deep passion for thriving in performance – on the court, on stage, and in the workplace.
I was confronted with high performance at an early age. Growing up, I spent 11 years training intensively as a classical pianist, preparing for a performance career that ultimately took priority over my love for volleyball. Therefore, I know firsthand what it means to commit fully, do your best in the spotlight, and navigate the mental highs and lows of chasing excellence.
At the end, I chose psychology as my career path, driven by a curiosity about what makes people thrive. After obtaining my master’s degree in Berlin, Seville and Leipzig, I spent several years training and coaching people in corporate settings as a Learning & Talent Development specialist, helping them grow their mindset and skills to perform at their best. To add on to my experience, I’m currently completing my advanced training in sport psychology to further deepen my work with athletes and performers.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on the volleyball or beach volleyball court – playing for the joy of it, and for the reminder that our minds can be our greatest teammate – or our biggest blocker.
mindmess is about embracing both.
Not just in skills, but mindset. I know that people can change, learn something new and evolve at any age.
I know people thrive when they feel appreciated and recognized, and when their true strengths are acknowledged and promoted.
I help you build the confidence and clarity to take ownership – in your performance and your growth.
Sometimes talking is not enough – I place value on together finding ways for you to incorporate psychological knowledge into real life.
